Plate Fete’s original menu included our signature soft pretzels and over the years, we longed for an excuse to enjoy the beloved breads all day long. But the world wasn’t ready for breakfast pretzels…or were they? The Pregel was born. A soft pretzel in a bagel shape and smeared with our house-crafted cream cheese spreads. The pregel is now our #1 seller and once you try it, you’ll know why.

Plate Fete Bakery began as a pop-up venture in 2021 and opened its store front in fall of 2025 inside Williamsburg’s beloved coffeehouse + brewery, Frothy Moon Brewhouse.

The bakery is located behind the coffee bar ensuring that every treat or bite you enjoy is at its freshest!

You can also find Plate Fete’s bakes at the award-winning Williamsburg Farmer’s Market and several other favorite local establishments including Sweethaven Lavender Farm, Anonymous Coffee, and Axe Republic.
