A List for Fall

I’m making a lot of lists these days.  Who am I kidding?  I am always making lists.  But, Fall-themed lists are my favorite.  So, I thought I would share a few items from my Fall wish list as well as a couple things that I consider to be essential during the Autumn season.

I’m in love with this blazer in Belgian chocolate, and not just because it has chocolate in the name.

I made these scones for the first time two years ago and I am reasonably sure that my heart stopped at the first bite.  Not only are they incredibly moist and oh-so-autumnal, I could take a bath in the brown butter glaze.  Joy, you are amazing.

If you all have not tried these scones yet, now is the time.

I have talked about this tea before, but I couldn’t leave it out of this list seeing as it is such an essential part of my Fall routine.  I love it in the morning, afternoon, or evening.  It’s sweet vanilla notes are so warming, and it pairs perfectly with one or two (or three) of these Apple Pie Scones.

Can I pull off a shawl?  I don't know.  But this one is tempting me to give it a try.

There is something about sitting down at your desk on an Autumn afternoon and lighting a spicy, seasonal candle that makes me SO happy.  When the weather cools, my house smells like a menagerie of apples, pumpkins, and baking spices constantly.  Candles just make things so cozy.  I am currently burning this one and I love it.  In general, I avoid sweet scents because they often give me headaches, but this scent is just sweet enough and the spices and pumpkin balance it out.

These earrings!  I definitely need them, right?  I mean, what is a Fall wardrobe without sparkly earrings?

I have been eyeing these boots in Hunter Green for over a year. *Sigh*

I’m a huge soup fan, and this Sweet Potato Beef Stew is by far my favorite Autumn soup.  It is truly fantastic.

What are some of your Fall essentials?  Tell me, tell me.

Sincerely,

Pedantic Foodie
