COFFEE TALK

It's Friday!  This has been a week of more ups than downs and for that I am thankful.  I am also immensely thankful that this week has come to an end.  A day at home with my mister and a break from solo puppy-parenting is just what the doctor ordered. 

I am really wishing I could convince Mr. Pedantic to like coffee for a day because I would love nothing more than to whip up a batch of these Frozen Irish Cream Cappuccinos tomorrow.  Of course, there is nothing stopping me from making a half batch for myself, right?  

While we are on the topic of this coming kelly green holiday, how about a bowl of Irish Nachos followed by Chocolate & Ale Cupcakes with Salted Caramel Frosting?  Ohhhh yes. 

I know I have said it before, but Humm Kombucha is my favorite.  It is by far the best of the many brands I have tried and I love every flavor.  Pomegranate Lemonade is my current obsession.

I have got to get my hands on a few of these cheese vaults.  Seems like a pretty genius way to class up my cheese drawer which forever lays upon the edge of chaos. 

Daydreaming about donning these heels and this adorable, frilled suit on Easter Sunday.  Oh, how I have missed pastels... 

The coming of spring fuels my ambition for new projects.  Homemade feta is now on the top of my list. 

May the luck of the Irish and unlimited fried potatoes fill your weekend!
