Happy Friday, friends! I have no idea of where December has gone, but I am looking to live every cozy, holiday moment to the fullest this weekend.
This weekend happens to be “gingerbread weekend.” Each year since we have been married, Mr. Pedantic and I have challenged ourselves with the task of recreating a special sight from wherever our adventures took us that year, in gingerbread form. It’s always a great time, and seeing as we are both perfectionist, it provides hour upon hour of very focused entertainment.
If you are looking for a fun, family game to play around the holidays, I cannot recommend Azul highly enough. I gifted this to Mr. Pedantic for his birthday and we have not been able to stop playing it.
I am currently wearing these earrings on repeat because they go with literally everything.
I am planning to make a big batch of this almond biscotti this weekend. Biscotti has always been such a Christmas-y cookie to me.

This Baby Yoda pie is just the kind of news we need right now.
What are your weekend plans?
Sincerely,
Pedantic Foodie
I love that my generation has taken a hold of snacks and made them into not only a socially-acceptable mode of daily nutrition but a hallowed one. If you're not entirely sure of the current snack pseudonyms, see; charcuterie, tapas, tastings, flights…
