Friends, I’ll take an extra shot of grace today. I found myself outdoors yesterday, just breathing in the sunshine and warmth when I had my very first allergy “attack” and let me tell you, it’s been a rough 24 hours. I have several different medications swimming around in my body at this point, none of which seem to be helping, and I’ve oiled the heck out of myself in hopes of relief. So, if I sound a little foggy or pathetic, I definitely am.
Let’s just be thankful that it’s Friday.
Can you believe we are in April?! I just cannot wrap my mind around it but I am thrilled to be entering one of the prettiest months.
Loved this article because this is something I do every week prior to re-stocking my foodstuffs and it allows me to bypass unpleasantly-fragrant and forgotten leftovers, and hour-long fridge-cleaning sessions.
Kevita is not new to me, but last week I spotted this flavor for the very first time and I had to try it (yes, mostly because it was pink). Here is what I will say, you should absolutely give it a try and I LOVED the watermelon aspect, but the rose… Rose flavoring has a very small window of acceptability for me, and this was one of those times where it was a little too much. I loved the floral with the watermelon, but I would have liked it to be a little less present. Anyways, definitely try it yourself and let me know what you think!
Who doesn’t need a burrito blanket in their lives?
I am definitely dying my eggs with cool whip this year because these are the prettiest!!!
Wishing you all the most wonderful weekend!
Sincerely,
Pedantic Foodie
I love that my generation has taken a hold of snacks and made them into not only a socially-acceptable mode of daily nutrition but a hallowed one. If you're not entirely sure of the current snack pseudonyms, see; charcuterie, tapas, tastings, flights…
