a sauce or seasoning containing parsley, garlic, oil, vinegar, added to dishes at the end of cooking. It is extensively used in French, Greek and Cajun cuisine.
There is a popular dish called “pommes persillade”cubed potatoes fried with this sauce adding just before serving, sounds delicious! Have a wonderful week.
